Returns: D'Organiques UK allows customers 1 week from their delivery date to return items. Please note all delivery cost will be met by the customer unless the product is found faulty. Following this period D'Organiques UK has a "No Return" policy.

Pricing: D'Organiques reserves the right to changes prices without notice and correct any typographical errors.

Shipping charges are not subject to refund.

All damaged goods received by the customer must be reported to our customer services team within 24 hours of delivery for a full credit to be offered.
