Delivery

Please note, we are no longer taking orders for international delivery.

Postage and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). Prices depend on the value and in some cases, weight of your order and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times.

Cost and timings for orders from within the UK:

UK FedEx Next Day Delivery (orders over £30) – FREE

Only available to UK Mainland postal addresses.

UK FedEx Next Day Delivery (orders under £30) – £5.95

Delivery via FedEx – order before 12pm GMT Monday to Friday for orders to be dispatched the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be prioritised for dispatch on the Monday.

PLEASE NOTE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED WHEN PROMOTIONAL OFFERS ARE RUNNING.

Christmas 2023 UK delivery timings:

Last recommended posting dates for delivery before Christmas the UK will be Wednesday 20th December for FedEx next day delivery. 

PLEASE NOTE OUR WAREHOUSE & OFFICES ARE CLOSED FROM THE 22nd DECEMBER TO THE 2nd JANUARY 2024. ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN THESE DATES WILL BE DISPATCHED UPON OUR RETURN.

International Shipping

We are currently not offering international shipping, please email us via customerservices@originalsprout.co.uk and we will let you know if there are other stockists or distributors in your region who may be able to accommodate your order.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your Original Sprout products. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Before returning an item to us please contact us at customerservices@originalsprout.co.uk

Please take care when packaging items for return to ensure they are suitably protected for transit. You will be responsible for the items and postage costs until they reach us. Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement. We won’t be able to cover for any other damages or losses beyond that of refunding or replacing your order, including your original delivery charge.

If an error has been made on our behalf, we will refund you for the return postage accordingly.

If you fail to return the goods or send them at our expense, without prior agreement we will charge you for the direct costs of recovery. We would advise customers to use an insured method of shipping and to retain proof of dispatch.

Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.

Late or non-delivery

We aim to process and send out your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact Original Sprout customer services: customerservices@originalsprout.co.uk

It is your responsibility to ensure the address and shipping information is correct when you place an order. We will not be liable for any addresses entered incorrectly. In addition, any ‘safe’ delivery place is your responsibility and we will not be liable for any loss if you have asked a 3rd party delivery service to leave an order anywhere except handing the order to someone at the shipping address on your order.
